Nathan J. Miller is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, decorated combat veteran, and accomplished aviation professional with over 25 years of leadership across global military and civilian flight operations. With more than 3,200 flight hours and a flawless safety record, he now serves as Director of Aviation and Chief Pilot for a corporate jet department he built from the ground up—designing systems, procedures, and standards that exceed FAA and industry benchmarks.


A proven instructor pilot and Supervisor of Flying, Nathan trained hundreds of U.S. and international pilots and led complex air operations in combat zones and diplomatic missions. His leadership extended to high-stakes joint logistics, strategic planning, partnership development, innovation integration, and aviation safety—earning recognition for modernizing systems and reducing mishap rates across large-scale flight operations.



Today, as President of Aromill and an expert partner to a trusted defense contractor, Nathan is focused on modernizing U.S. Air Force and civilian pilot training and providing innovative solutions to flight department challenges. Leveraging his deep instructional credibility, complex systems expertise, and cross-sector insight, he builds bridges between military requirements and civilian capability to find commercially viable and forward-thinking solutions. As aviation and technology rapidly evolve, Nathan’s mission is to ensure that both institutional and commercial flight operations advance with precision, embracing smart innovation—without losing sight of the hard-won lessons of the past.
